I know my test scores are kinda low but what are my chances?

I'd say you should emphasize your FDA investigation and class president experiences. What about your class rank and % of students getting into HYPMS each year?

i have no idea about rank, my school under no circumstances will tell someone what percentage they are- not even colleges

i dont know what HYPMS is.... but if its what i think then no one has been admitted to Stanford in about 4 years (this could either be good or bad, good in the essence that since they h avent admitted anyone in a while they are bound to do so sooner or later and bad b/c they dont often admit people from my school)
for dartmouth they accept at least1 or 2 people every year

ACT is a bit low for both schools, but your profile is distinctive and memorable. I hope that you get admitted to both as you certainly will enhance campus life. You are smart to emphasize leadership, athletics and linguistic accomplishments as this profile presents you as a well rounded contributor.

no its just stanford that they dont often admit to, last year they sent students to : harvard, yale, princeton, dartmouth, Columbia, Penn, Duke- just to name a few (and there are only 75 girls in a class). Also since its on the east coast most girls prefer to stay on the east coast, not that many apply to stanford/schools out west unless its for sports

haha i'll kinda explain.. i did this project testing food products for lead and it lead to a nationwide investigation.... i won a bajillion awards and was featured in numerous newspapers and publications around the globe (mostly in the US but also in the Asia times somehwere in asia and something in europe). i was also on good morning america..... it was pretty big
