<p>I'm applying Early Decision 2 and I'm hoping some of you could let me know what kind of a chance I have. If you want anymore info, just let me know.</p>

GPA: 3.9 UW, 4.5 W
Rank: 19/332 (Should go up after this semester as I received straight A’s in all IB and AP classes for the first quarter)
AP: Euro(4), Psychology(5), Statistics(5), Calc AB(4), currently in Physics B
IB: Physics SL(4), ITGS SL(5)
Senior Year Courses: IB English A1 HL, IB History HL, IB Math HL, IB French B SL, IB Theory of Knowledge, AP Physics B, Linear Algebra
Extra Curriculars and Awards: Math Team (11-12), Model UN (9-12), Chorus(All county and Vocal Ensemble 9-11), Drama (9-12), NHS (10-12), Quizbowl/Academic Team (Captain- 12), Tutoring (French and Physics- 12), National Merit Scholar Commended, AP Scholar with Honor</p>

<p>I have not read my teacher or guidance counselor recommendations, but I’m pretty sure they are excellent. I like my essays as well.</p>

<p>I think you have a great shot based on your stats, there is nothing lacking.</p>

<p>If you have a chance, I would interview. You don’t need to worry about your stats, they’re great. Make sure you show your interest and your personality, it really is important!</p>

I actually interviewed with Peter Osgood, the Director of Admissions, a couple months ago and I think it went really well. I enjoyed it.</p>

<p>Well if the interview went well, then I don’t think there is much to worry about. If your personality fits the school they will know, and with your academic record I don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t accept you.</p>

<p>my ToK class is fun, i dont think anyone knows what’s going on!</p>

<p>well, I applied for ED II and my stats are probably way lower considerably. I think you’ll have a great chance and maybe you’re in.</p>

<p>I love my ToK class. It ends in two weeks and it will definitely be a disappointment. I often feel like I have no idea what is going on, and that I think that’s one of the best parts.</p>

<p>My teacher said we’re 80% done with the class. I love my ToK teacher but I don’t know whether I would do well on my essay(I understand the basics). I guess it’s fascinating to hear him talk but sometimes I really do feel lost. I hope I don’t do anymore ToK stuff in college.</p>

<p>The final draft of my ToK essay is due next week. I am not very confident. I don’t think anyone is. I find it so interesting, but discussing any philosophical topic well in under 1600 words is ridiculously difficult.</p>

<p>My teacher is making us write 2 essays, I did really well on the first one (how, I don’t know) and I am waiting for a laptop so I could start working on the other one (my excuse for my procrastination). I agree, usually I don’t understand the topic but once I do I just want to keep talking about it.</p>
