As for the question: Obviously, to be considered for Early Decision, I should have sent my SAT scores by November 1. I sent my first set of SAT scores well ahead so they would get in.

I took the test again, though, and I did WAYYYYY better. Obviously, I'd want those scores to be considered; I sent them on November 6th, though. Does anyone know if they will they be considered?

I think the second set of AP scores will be considered depending on when they got there. If you do get deferred, ask the admissions office if the scores got there in time. I would say you have around an average chance at getting in. Hopefully your Math SAT went up on the second round. W&M, to my knowledge, doesn’t look at the writing portion of the SAT.
Your only weak points appear to be your Math SAT and low weighted GPA. The rest is very solid, however. If your math got above a 660 then I’d say you had a pretty good shot.

Sorry, my math is a 630. Typo!
Also, I didn’t clarify that the SAT scores that are up there are actually the scores from the second time around. First time around my CR and Math combined was 1310; so in my mind there is definitely a difference between those two scores and I’m hoping William and Mary considers the latter of the scores, obviously!

Do you think maybe this is a good excuse to call my admissions rep, and ask about it?

Yeah, it couldn’t hurt to make sure they saw and considered the updated scores. If they were sent on the 6th, they may not have gotten there until the 9th, 10th, or 11th, and who knows when they looked at your app (though I would hope they would revisit one if they got an update for it). Good luck!
