Hooks:
Triple Legacy
Twin (maybe)

are you maybe a twin, or maybe that’s a hook? if the latter, I don’t think it’s in any way a hook that you happened to gestate and be born with someone else. if it’s the former…are you in that parent trap movie?

you look like a very able student, and stand up nicely against the stats of students who were admitted. it’s hard to say much more without knowing which college (and depending on the college, major) you intend to apply to. some schools at Cornell are particularly interested in fit.
also, you seem unsatisfied with your ACT score, or at least think you could do better. are you planning to take the SAT I? perhaps you’d be more suited to that exam.

At this point, I’ll probably take the SAT in the fall. The ACT has worked better for me because of the lack of preparation it entails. And by the maybe I meant, “maybe it’s a hook”…alas I wasn’t in the parent trap, but I did model with my twin when I was younger. I would apply to the College of Arts and Sciences.

It looks promising. Is your twin applying also? Cornell seems to like admitting both twins.

He’s not sure yet. That would be interesting if he did.

My school had a set of twins who happened to be legacies at Cornell. Both applied RD and both were pretty good students, as far as I could tell. One got into CAS, the other got a GT at CALS. I thought that was very odd.
