Rice has always been my dream school. I would definitely commit to it if I get accepted. Is there any chance I'll get accepted?

bump!!!

Your GPA and SAT are average for Rice, but with some faith, you can very well believe you have a chance at ED. Focus on your EC’s in your essays and you have a good (50-60%) chance to get accepted. ED will boost your chance for acceptance, but because ED applicants are typically stronger and, more importantly, more passionate about getting in, your competition will be fierce.

Class rank is decent but your test scores are not. You will have a much better chance if you score a solid 2200+ or get a 33+ on the ACT. Good luck!
