Training mentor, so I basically teach the newbies how to do things and manage the team members. I'm not 18 yet, so I can't be a lead. btw i work 10-15 hours a week.</p>

<p>Sorry, it's a very high reach for you. Your GPA/rank is below Penn's standards. You're Chinese. You're from California. SATs is just acceptable. No leadership positions?</p>

<p>If Wharton is really your dream school go for it, just don't get your hopes up.</p>

<p>How is your 2180 made up? Is it 800M-690-690?
Wharton likes high math scores but not to the exclusion of everything else.</p>

<p>If English is your 2nd language, what is your "story" - admissions people love "overcoming adversity" sob stories. If your father works washing dishes in a Chinese restaurant they will look on your #'s differently than if he is a computer engineer who drives a BMW. If you have a good story to tell, make sure you tell it in your essays.</p>
