Hey guys! I already posted this in the What Are My Chances? forum, but just hoping I'll get some more helpful responses here! I'll be applying to CAS ED.

intended major: Biology
GPA: 3.81 UW, no idea weighted
class rank: n/a
SAT I: superscore 2350-R:750, 630 (I know, ugh) M:730, 800 W: 720, 800
SAT II: Bio-800, Math 2-800, Chem-760
AP: Bio-5, World History-4, Chem-5, BC Calc-5, US History-3 (blegh)
Senior Course Load: 3 APs (Physics B, Stats, Psychology), nothing else spectacular

Academic Honors:
-AP Scholar with Distinction (11)
-National Merit Scholarship semifinalist (11)
-National Honors Society (11-12)

ECs:
-Varsity Indoor & Outdoor Track (9-12): Captain for both seasons, various awards, League All Star (10-11), top 5 at Divisional Championships (11), (though not good enough to be recruited to D1)
-volunteer at dog shelter (10-12): also fostered a puppy over the summer, topic for my essay
-part-time job at bakery (9-12): cashier, speak in both English and Korean with customers
-Tufts vet camp (12): (officially called Adventures in Veterinary Medicine)
-clarinetist in school Wind Ensemble (9): was one of two freshmen to get into our school's highest level band, but quit in order to have better time management (would it be bad to include this since I quit?)
-shadowed veterinarian at animal hospital (11): got to see surgeries, etc
-volunteer with special needs students (10-12): in their classrooms (our school hosts a large organization that pulls in special needs students from 5 surrounding towns) and at their annual Special Olympics
-Track & Field camp (10-11)

Essay: Like I said, it's about my time at the dog shelter I volunteer at. I would say it's pretty solid and gets across my passion for what I do.

Recs: not particularly amazing, but I know they won't be bad. Considering sending an additional one from my track coach I've known since middle school.

Supplement: For the 2/3 interests + why Cornell question, I'll be talking about how I want to pursue veterinary career and how Cornell is able to offer the courses I really want to take. My brother also goes to Cornell, and he told me that a couple of his friends are able to volunteer/intern at the Cornell Hospital for Animals, which I'd love to be able to do.
Also, I was going to send an art supplement, only to learn that Cornell doesn't accept them. ):

Thanks guys! Let me know if there's any other info needed.
