Extra Note: I was unable to take advanced courses Junior year because I was in the hospital for heart issues at the start of the year for two months, and when I came back the school made me drop all of my AP & IB classes. I stopped swimming for the same reasons my sophomore year.

I think you’re fine if you write a compelling common app essay and why BMC essay, everything is on par with students that are admitted here

Make sure your GC brings up your health issues your junior year and do ask that GC if it can be stated in a positive way for you. It comes off a lot better from someone else than from you
