Chances for Elliott admission for a smart slacker :P

Okay my GPA is kinda low but thats on its way up but here goes..

Electives not included:

FRESHMAN YEAR (Final Average):

Global History Honors (A+)
Math I (B)
Earth Science (B+)
Honors English (A-)
Spanish 2 (B)

--so that really isnt terrible but I really slip up in 10th grade---

10th GRADE (Final Average):

AP European History (A) -1 of the hardest classes at my school
Math II (C)- (!!!!)
Biology (B)
Honors English 10 (B)
Spanish (B-)

With electives I only pulled an 86 (so i suppose a 3.1 my first two years)

This year has been a bit better:
11th GRADE (1st Quarter/2nd Quarter/Midterm)

AP US History (B/B+/B)
Math III (C-/B/C+) (im getting this up now)
Chemistry (A+/A-/A+)
AP English 11 (A+/A-/A+) -i seem to do my best in the hard classes :P
Spanish 4 (B+/B-/B+)

My SAT score is high (740 Verbal, 640 Math, 720 Writing= 2100 first try)
Im going to get a tutor for SAT and see if I can raise my score 100 pts in math

My ECs are very strong; they include a lot of music, a science lab internship, and work on a few political campaigns, as well as national debating

I decided to hunker down and actually put effort my last 3 semesters and be up in the 3.8-4.0 range

Do I have a shot at elliott assuming my recs and essays are solid.

Thanks!

Forgot to mention SAT IIs = 800 US History, 800 World History, will take Literature and maybe Chemistry

you definitely have a good chance

thanks just to summarize since that was kind of long winded
3.1 GPA with electives for first two years with 3 honors classes, 1 AP
3.3-3.4ish first 2 semesters of junior year, plan to get 3.7+ from now on

I overestimated SATs thats what I was getting in practice tests, but I was sick day of test so I only got 1330/1600 + 2020/2400.

If that helps thanks
