<p>What are my chances at getting into to Elliott School of International Affairs?
I am going to apply Early Decision I</p>

7/250 - Class Rank</p>

(I know it's low. I just could not do well on them.)</p>

-I was selected and give a scholarship to attend a 4-day leadership camp</p>

<p>Work Experience:
I have worked the same part-time job for the past 2 years working around 20 hours a week</p>

<p>Community Service:
-I tutor at the local elementary school
-I help out at the local church handing out community meals to the poor
-I take part in roadside cleanups with my school
-I helped organize my schools Relay for Life
-I help volunteer at the local little league by umpiring baseball games</p>

<p>I am not good with chances questions, but have you tried taking the ACT? You might do better on a different test. The SAT's appear to be the only thing that drag you down, but the GWU data I see show that 20% of their admitted students are in the 500-599 range on SAT's, so it is not impossible.</p>

<p>Yes, seriously consider the ACT because my SATs were not so good either (M/R) but then the first time I took the ACT, it was amazing! Do it!</p>
