Chances for Engineering at the following schools

U. Alabama
U. Delaware
U. South Carolina
Michigan State
Penn State
Rutgers NB
Rowan U.

Credentials:
2000/1290 SAT
(630R, 660M, 710 W)

3.95 UWGPA (4.3 WGPA)

Numerous extracurriculars and leadership positions, in addition to 2 letters of recommendation.

Care to elaborate on the extracurriculars? Numbers alone you are more than fine for most of your schools! If I were you I would aim a little higher!

<a href=“Scholarships – College of Engineering | The University of Alabama”>http://eng.ua.edu/undergraduate/scholarships/</a> indicates that you are in the automatic scholarship range for Alabama (half tuition from the school in general, plus $1,500 from engineering, assuming out-of-state). Presumably, these scholarships come with admission, so Alabama should be a safety if you can afford the net price after applying the scholarships.

A higher SAT or ACT score could get you better scholarships, as listed on that page.

So with those numbers I’ve post earlier, are they good enough for the engineering programs at those schools? Really I’ve been to all of them and loved the campus and the schools, not to mention they’re affordable.

I think you are in for all of your schools. Remember that plenty of schools offer great financial aid, and with your stats alone (maybe retake the SAT) you might have a chance in lower ivies and NU/Duke/JHU/Rice/etc.

Do you feel like chancing me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1662097-international-ib-student.html</a> Thank you!
