What else should I do to get into the schools I want while I still have time?
Should I do internship or something over the summer?
Any recommendations would be great.

Definitely try to get some sort of internship at any local university or engineering firm. Retake SAT and start practicing for SAT II’s (probably physics and math II). I’m not sure if you’re an officer of those clubs you listed. If not, definitely get some leadership positions.

If you get your SAT composite score up to 2100 to 2150 with SAT II’s in the 700s your chances are as follows:

Rice - High Reach
Northwestern - High Reach
Berkeley - Reach (OOS?)
CMU - Reach
Cooper Union (thoughts?) - Reach
CIT - High Reach

You aren’t that spectacular academically, nor are your extracurriculars. I agree with the advice above and think you should search for an internship or do research at the very least. I think both your scores (2150+ SAT would be preferable) and your extracurricular need to improve (Not much passion; few leadership positions).

Good luck! Your courseload looks really good.

Chance me back?

Anyone have any suggestions for what I could do other than retake SATs?

try the act youll probably ace it!

Chance Me

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1439046-chance-me-uga-rd.html

Actually I was thinking about it I may if I have time after SAT and SAT Iis

Rice: Reach
NWU: Reach
Berkeley: Match (if OOS full-freight)/High match otherwise
CMU: Reach
Caltech: Reach
Cooper: Reach

Try UMinn, UIUC…

Thanks i was trying to look at other schools too and I would be out of state for Berkeley would I still be matched?

OOS can help or hurt you at Berkeley, depending on your ability to pay.

Oh I’ll have to think about that

Other colleges to consider:
Univ. Wisconsin-Madison
Univ. Illinois - Urbana Champaign
UMich - Ann Arbor

What about RPI?
