Will I get in easily? My stats are in profile. My major will be aerospace engineering.

Yeah. I got in on Oct. 19th

lil_killer89: You apply to first-year engineering... not to a specific disipline, yet.

So chances are easier

Wait, I did? I thought I chose Aerospace Engineering and my second choice was mechanical. Can I still change it? I already submited my application two days ago.

Althought you indicate your intended major on your application, you usually don't declare your actual major until your sophomore year. First year engineering students take the same classes, unless they've got ap or collegecredit.

You can find the 1st year engineering schedule on the Purdue website.

How difficult is the engineering program? Is Purdue my safety?

VERY difficult. Youll get in, though. Be prepared to work in the engineering programs.. doesn't mean you won't find time to have fun.. but the programs is hard, and youll have to work...rightfully so since Purdue is top 10 in engineering

If I can get in to engineering, wouldn't it be easy then?
