Chances for Engineering

Hi! I'm trying to decide whether to put Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management/Econ, or (for those that allow) undecided on my apps.
I'm applying to UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, Cal Poly SLO, Claremont McKenna, Pomona, Chapman, University of San Diego.
I'm interested in engineering, but I'm not positive if it's what I want to do. But I know it's very hard to transfer into the Engineering school once I'm there. I don't want to get there and realize my passion for engineering but can't get it. I also don't want to apply engineering, not get in, and then realize I wanted to pursue business all along.
So chance me as an engineering major!
ACT 32 (Highest Science: 27, Highest Math: 33)
GPA 4.2 W, 3.85 UW
I was always in honors math and am in AP Calculus now (As with two Bs)
Here's the problem: I took bio and chem (which everyone takes) but then junior year I took physics (vs AP Bio) and senior year I'm taking AP Environmental Science (vs AP Chem). Will not taking the higher science courses hurt me?? (I took other APs). I've gotten an A in every science course though.
Thanks!

someone please help meeee
