Chances for exeter, deerfield, and andover?

Alright.
9th grade applying for 10th grade.

All the interviews went pretty well, especially exeter and deerfield.
Recommendations should be very good. excellent from certain teachers.
SSAT's: 93% in 8th grade, then a 71% in 9th grade.....
All my grades are A's or A+'s though, in the maximum number of honors classes available to take.
-varsity starter as a freshmen in field hockey, won state champions
-out of three teams, JV for basketball, but dressing and playing for varsity after a month into the season
-lacrosse:best sport but no school teams yet
-played trombone for 5 years
-in schools honors progam
-student council
-volunteer at events around town

Need almost full financial aid.
Essays should be pretty decent.

what are my chances for these schools? My first choice would be exeter, then deerfield, and finally andover but i would be ecstatic to go to any of the three.

your ssats might bring you down a little, but other than that, good chance.

You did good. What was the month of the interviews?

end of December and early January

okay chance - solid

bump bump bump

bump (10char)

Did you end up getting in/going to any of these?

^He (she?) got into Exeter (where he (she?) currently is now).

Thanks for the quick response. That goes to show that SSAT’s aren’t everything. I had an 88% overall last year but this year I’m panicking about the SSAT. I’m a strong applicant otherwise (applying for 9th grade and am currently taking AP computer science and chemistry). I just took the SSAT today and I think I did okay, verbal is my weakness but anyway thanks for the quick response.
