<p>I am a high school senior, who is hoping to get into a public Florida University. I am definitely a lot more intelligent than what my GPA implies. </p>

<p>Unweighted Core GPA: 2.44
I am not sure how colleges will calculate my GPA because I have taken a few courses on FLVS to raise my GPA, but the old grades are still on my transcript. </p>

<p>Over the last three years I have taken all honors classes (Or AP) with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 courses. Reason for that is I take Business classes and I struggle with math.</p>

<p>This year, I am taking all honors or AP courses:
Marketing Management (Third-year level of Marketing)
PROB, STAT W/APPLS
Financial Planning (Second-year level of general Finance)
AP Human Geography
English IIII Honors
AP Government/Economics
Astronomy </p>

<p>ACT: 25 super scored.</p>

<p>I just retook the ACT last week and expect a much higher score. </p>

<p>I am active in my school's DECA Chapter. This is my 3rd year in the club and I am both an officer and the Webmaster. Site can be seen at <a href="http://www.douglasdeca.org%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.douglasdeca.org&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p>

<p>After I submit all of my community service hours I will likely have between 150-200 and plan on doing more over the course of this year.</p>

<p>My main hobby is my website, Bro</a> Buffet - The Official Home For Bros . I plan on discussing my site on my applications because it has been quite successful over the last 6 months. We have produced 290,000+ views since March 14th.</p>

<p>I am interested in going to any public Florida University because I really hope to get Bright Futures and I already have the Florida Prepaid plan. Some schools I plan on applying to are USF, UCF, FAU, and FGCU.</p>

<p>BUMP: I just got my ACT scores from the September test. I scored a 28 composite.</p>

<p>To my knowledge you’d deff get into FAU & FGCU and you might even get some scholarship money! I’d say you’d also get into USF & UCF with little to no scholarship money but you’d be about the average student there. I’d personally recommend FCGU or FAU because then you probably get into honors programs!</p>

<p>I’m really looking at the USF and UCF over FGCU and FAU because they are a little bit farther from my house. Would you say that my website is something that will help me stand out from the crowd? I’m not sure if they will consider that a unique skill. Thanks</p>
