OOPs, my weighted GPA is 4.45, and my unweighted is 3.88... sorry guys

bump (Need people to respond)

I think you have a nice chance of admission........I don't recall the % admit of EA vs. RD last year...I think that EA had a discernible advantage which will also help. At a certain level, it becomes more subjective than objective. Good luck.

bump... I want to get into a school EA so I will be less afraid during those late winter/early spring months...

georgetown has an almost identical acceptance rate for EA and RD. just so you know.

so does that mean if you were accepted RD, you should be accepted EA?

it just means that the percentage they accept is the same for both, so there's no real advantage gained by applying early other than finding out early. there is also no denial from EA. if you don't make it, you will automatically be deferred until RD, and they say that around 15% of people deferred will be admitted during RD

How do you get a 3.88uw when you never had a B?

^I dunno, that's how my school calculates gpa (A-=3.7)... If all types of As were the same, then I probably would have a 4.0
