Chances for Georgetown EA

<p>I'm applying for georgetown college.</p>

<p>Female Asian-American (half asian/half white)</p>

<p>GPA (school doesn't weight): 3.98</p>

<p>SAT: 2340 (770 Math, 790 CR, 780 W). Without the writing score: 1560
SAT IIs: Math II (730), Literature (760), Chem (750)
AP Tests: Language (5), Chemistry (5), AB Calc (5)
Senior yr Courseload: 3 APs and 3 Honors
Freshman--> Junior year: school only allows us to start taking AP classes in junior year. otherwise, i took all honors/APs except for spanish.</p>

<p>Hooks: none. </p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Debate (10-12): captain/novice coach, compete in national tournaments, qualified to nationals last year. travel and compete individually most of the time because my school's team is small.
Violin (~10 yrs): no awards, but 1st violin in a selective regional orchestra. Will be submitting a music supplement and letter of recommendation.
Yearbook (editor in chief, section editor in junior year)
Model UN (9-12): go to a few conferences</p>

<p>Community service:
Volunteered at a hospital over the summer
Diabetes walk (~6 yrs). appointed youth ambassador</p>

<p>Will not apply for aid.</p>

<p>Teacher/counselor recommendations: i hope they'll be good. </p>
