SAT 1: Taking on May 3rd
SAT 2: Going to take Math 2, Chemistry, and something else (projected ~750+ in the listed ones)
ACT: 34 Composite (1 sitting; 36 in Math and English, 32 in Science and Reading); retaking in June (Science should go up, Math should stay the same, and I'm hoping to maintain a solid average on English and Reading)
GPA (unweighted): 4.0
Class Rank: 6/382 (top 1.6%)

AP Tests (scores): Computer Science A (5), World History (3); Taking this year: Chemistry, English Language, US History

Senior Course-load: AP Goverment/AP Microeconomics, AP Calculus BC, AP Physics C, AP English IV, a class that lets us run nearly all aspects of a new school business (helped set up the class, weighted and is double-blocked)

Random: Got an independent study computer science course implemented at my school (not sure if I will put this, seeing as I don't want to go into computer science...but I guess it couldn't hurt?)

Extra Curriculars: Computer Science club (Vice-president/Co-founder; 2 years), NHS (2 years), Interact Club (volunteer program through local Rotary club), UIL: Number Sense, Computer Science, Social Studies, and Science (UIL is the Texas academic competition, only made it out of districts to region twice), Engineering Club, Self studying Mandarin, Korean, and Japanese?

Volunteer: About 50 hours as of now, plan on getting quite a lot more prior to applying through a local GoodWill-like store

Summer Activites: Received a full scholarship from the US State Department to study abroad in China for 6 weeks (over 100 hours of Mandarin classes over the course of this, and tons of cultural activities); my essays will use this experience a lot

I don't think that I have anything that will truly set me apart from other applicants, so I am primarily wondering if I am still somewhat qualified for the following universities (they are also ranked in the order I would like to attend each, if that makes sense):

Georgetown

University of Pennsylvania

Columbia

Cornell/Brown/Dartmouth (I don't really prefer any one over the other two)

American

I have safety schools in: University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M...any Texas public school (automatic acceptance to the college, specific programs there still might be a problem).

I am interested in studying International Relations or International Business (don't really know which I enjoy more at this point, so I'm entertaining both ideas).

Are there any good schools I could classify as safeties and matches with good programs in what I said above? I know pretty much my entire list is filled with reaches, so I'm looking for other schools that I can apply to (also, I want the schools to be in the northeast).

Also, is applying to Georgetown ED a reasonable choice? Or is it too out of reach to be worth it?

Thank you in advance.

EDIT: I forgot to mention I'm a white male going to a public school in Texas. My class size makes the school big, but this growth in students is outnumbering the growth in programs (can be a little annoying, as there isn't THAT much available at my school currently)
