Shameless bump…

GA Tech: Match

Do you have a safety?

Yeah, I was thinking UF or USF as a safety. Thanks for your reply though :)

Thanks again for your input, but could you please explain WHY it is a low match?

Bump… Can someone please explain why G Tech is a low match?

UF: Low match
USF: Safety

As to how high of a match GA Tech would be, it’s not high enough for a high match but not high enough for a low match either. If you were a Georgia resident, it would have been a low match. OOS does play against you somewhat.

I must say that it depends on your essay. Some people that applied EA had high stats but they were deferred.

Thanks for all of your inputs and explanations! Could you also recommend some good competitive colleges for me?

Hey, it would be really helpful if you give us your intended major (Sorry, if I missed it)

For eg, if you are going for Industrial Engineering then it would be a Low Reach-ish

But if for some other course (Not Engineering) then probably it would be a Low Match-Match since they aren’t so competitive.

Could you please chance me back?

Wouldn’t it be easier to just go to the website and get correct information? [Freshman Application | Admission](<a href=“Blow the Whistle! (404 error: page not found) | Undergraduate Admission”>Blow the Whistle! (404 error: page not found) | Undergraduate Admission)
Your major or what state you are from are NOT factors.

I thought majors matter. I mean they do in many universities.
If you apply for engineering they give you the option to join another major at times.

@Moreover: Thank you for your reply, I have already seen the GPA/SAT/ACT stats for G Tech, but I thought that they also accept students on a holistic basis? So, I am wondering if my ECs and Awards would give me a leg up? Btw, I know it doesn’t matter, but my intended major is Biomedical Engineering.

Thanks again for your replies!
