Chances for getting into University of Florida? Much Appreciated!

<p>Hi! UF is “match”. With your GPA, test scores, class rigor, and EC’s, you should have a solid chance. UF uses holistic admissions, so you shouldn’t consider it a “safety”, but you should be fine. Make sure you work on your essay, it does count, and that you apply before the Nov 1’st deadline. You’ll also need to complete a SAR (self-reported academic record) online, so get a copy of your school transcripts in September (for up to the end of 11th grade), you will need it to complete the SAR. You only send your HS transcripts to UF, if you get accepted.</p>

<p>For admissions, UF also doesn’t look at your SAT subject test or AP test scores. They do use the scores for AP credit and class placement. </p>
