Chances for Good ACT, Lower GPA?

I am deciding whether to bother applying, can anybody let me know what you think of my chances? Hopefully my ECs and ACT will help my chances!

ACT: 31
Weighted GPA: 3.6
UW GPA: 3.0
ECs:
400+ hours of community service
2 jobs (one of which is frequent)
Captain of state finalist volleyball team
Captain of nationally competing club VB team
Hooks: I'm Catholic, so maybe that will help with the Christian aspect of the school?
High School: Top ten public schools in Illinois

Schedule: All honors and AP classes
Grade Trend: Slight dip junior year

2014 Stats for in-coming Freshman:
Average GPA: 3.96 weighted 3.61 weighted
ACT: 27
I would chance you at a Low Reach due to your GPA but EC’s and ACT look competitive. Write stellar essays and you may be able give your application a boost.

My son also got into Pepperdine last year with 3.2 weighted GPA and ACT 26 (posted additional info on Northeastern page.) It’s definitely very religious.

Good chance for religious aspect.
