<p>your stats are fine, if you get great teachers recs, write great essays, and have a great counselor letter, you could get into the HPYS, if not, it's doubtful, just as it is for anybody. Id say U-Mich is a match, the rest are reaches. No, your 700 isn't too low, colleges don't care about the number on your sat2 if it is between 700-800, they just want to see that you have it. I wouldn't retake any tests at this point, as it's just not worth it to give off that typical SAT obsessed vibe.</p>
