chances for harvard: will SAT II's hurt?

FYI if you would have seen that under awards i put etc.. meaning there more but i did not have time to list them. i am not going to waste any more time arguing back on forth with you people b/c it wont accomplish anything. n u are right i shouldnt have posted my stats here in the 1st place since u guys wont be the admissions officers who will be reading my application.

lobgent u need to calm urself down. ur the one with an attitude. ur getting urself heated unnecessarily. o and one more thing: who are you to tell me what i will be good at?
MAYBE INSTEAD OF WASTING YOUR TIME HERE ARGUING UNNECESSARILY, FOCUS ON UR STATS.

scholar, from your posts, it seems like you are an extremely arrogant person. humility is more important than some simple awards you received. grow up

no darling im not arrogant,im confident. o and can you please explain how that post was arrogant?

ay, immaturely confident. if you use the same condescending tone in your college app, i have little doubt that you will be rejected by HYP

All I have to say is that the OP is a douchebag for titling the post the way he did. What the hell are you talking about? Your top 3 SAT IIs are 800, 800, and 790. Just ? Hurt? The only possible reason you could post this is total incompetence in regards to admissions, or perhaps you want everyone to say "no * you will get into every college you apply to, and then they will probably rub your feet with expensive oils". I hope you get rejected everywhere just b/c they know that only an insecure, snivveling loser would take NINE SAT IIs.

go drummer! lol

lol rub your feet with expensive oils...i will be using that line in the future

lol @ drummer.
guys you've all just made it clear that my stats are great.
thank you have a good day

scholar07, you will officially never get laid in your life

What a funny guy you are "scholar."

Oh, by the way, everyone has an "attitude" at any given moment... Get it? Or do you need your Princeton Review book to look that up?

scholar isn't a man

dude, you will never get into harvard with those ****ty stats, no sarcasm

Who knows if any of those stats are real anyways? scholar probably made all of them up and he/she did a bad job. There is no way in **** that a person can get an 800 on their math sat and a 790 on the math level 2 and then get a 540 on math level 1. He/She is full of ****.

scholar is definately one of those incredibly ugly girls that sit and read walden all day. get a life please.

If you're so smart, how come you can't tell that the PSAT score you claim to have obviously merits a semi-finalist, not commended?

I second jimbob and Phoenix. No kidding you're a semi-finalist. I wish it weren't so, but you are. Now go (try to in vain) get laid

Scholar will probably be made to take his SATIIs again because of the several hundred point disparity between the maths. shrug

I have a question. How did you go from ranked 25 to rank 2 in junior year. tell me everything.

Seems to be a lot of hostility against Mr. Scholar here, but personally I do not see anything special about your application.

Pros:
SAT I score is ok
Top 3 SAT IIs are ok
GPA is ok (universities tend to recalculate GPAs for you since many schools
just slap honors on every course like yours seem to do)
Member of a couple of clubs
Sports (assuming you are just normal varsity, not recruitable)

Cons:
A ton of SAT IIs (math ic) that you failed on
No special awards

Just being an ok student doesn't cut it for Harvard.
