Essay: I will probably write about the elementary school math clubs I run.

Academically you seem exactly like what Harvey Mudd is looking for. You obviously LOVE math, so you will fit in very easily.Your essay topic sounds interesting, and your extra-curriucular are great. Overall I think you have a great chance for Harvey Mudd. Have you considered University of Chicago, I think you would do very well there.

You’re fine but there are no guarantees.

bump^^^^^^

I think you can easily get in, to be honest. Your obviously very interested in mathematics and the fact that you are a girl will help. I think you could also have a strong chance at MIT and Caltech so if you are interested in those, you should apply. But good luck at Harvey Mudd. If i go to Pomona, we might eventually meet.

I really hope you don’t retake the sat 1… you got full score on the ACT, what’s the point?

thanks for chancing me but i dont think i can help u out very much…i have no idea about harvey mudd

Thanks everyone!

Any tips for how I can improve my chances? The thing I’m most worried about is my GPA… it’s low because i got two Cs and 2 Bs sophomore year, in english and social studies classes. Do you think Harvey Mudd might overlook that since I have all As in math and science?

Update: I forgot to say my SAT 2 scores. I got 800 on math 2 and physics.

Smh your gpa isnt low, dont worry about it. Youre a competitive applicant for harvey mudd. Your scores and ecs are excellent for mudd in my opinion; they love science/math wizzes. Good luck!
