Hello guys, I would really appreciate if you could tell me what my chances of getting at A&M are and what other schools I have a chance of getting in. Thank you in advance.

My stats
Graduation Year: HS class of '08
School: Urban, extremely competitive. Offers the IB program. (in Texas) I have moved a lot because of my parents :( I have been every year of High School in a different school. :( Which I feel hasn't been a positive thing for me at all.
Class Rank: 130 out of 525.
GPA: 3.3 I get mostly B's and A's in school (all the classes I have taken in HS have been regulars(Regular Classes) I came to USA about 4 years ago, no one ever told me about advanced classes (AP/honors/etc) and how important they were to bring your grade up and get into some good college. I thought that all I had to do was go to High School, graduate and then I could go to a good University. Yes I now, very naive way to think but as I said before no one was ever there to tell me "Hey man, I know you really want to go to college and be a successful person blah blah blah, I think you should take AP/Honors classes because that will really help you get into a good college and boost your grade up". Same about extracurriculars, no one ever told me they were necessary. By doing research on college websites is that I learned about it.

My first two years of high school were a little difficult because I couldn't speak much English. I personally think that if I could go back and have taken AP/Honors/advanced courses that I would have done pretty good on them. Maybe get mostly B's. I definitely think I had the potential if I had been informed or if my life had been different or if I had stayed in the USA and not go to Central America. But why talk about this when I am already screwed and there is no way of fixing this.

Tests
SAT
Math : 530
Reading : 540
Writing : 530

Activities
Member of Student Council (1 year) (sophomore year)
Member of DECA (1 Year) (sophomore year)
I plan on joining at least 2 clubs on my senior year.

Other notes
Hispanic male (Born in the USA, parents from Central America) Moved to Central America at age 7 came back to USA at age 14.
Fluent is Spanish and English
I studied my Elementary and Middle school in Central America.
If I go to college I would be a First Generation College Student.
I can probably get good recommendation letters from teachers/employer because I am a nice guy and I get along with everyone. I also can probably make a good essay.
Relatively low-income family. They will not help me economically. So I will need scholarships/financial aid/loans.

I want to major in Business.

(My #1 choice would be UT, but after seeing so many threads in here I realize that I have no chance at all to get in. So my #1 choice is now Texas A&M at College Station)

Please tell me what are my chances at the following schools(and the chances to get in their Business schools/programs):

A&M
University of Houston
SMU
Baylor
TCU
Texas Tech
University of Texas at Dallas

I think money isn't very much of a big deal, I can work hard and I don't care if I have a big debt. I can pay it off eventually.

Please tell me any others schools that I have a chance to get in to(doesn't matter if they are out-of-state) List any reaches, matches, safeties. Also, tell me if being Hispanic helps me or hurts me. I would greatly appreciate it. (Please don't say community college, I want to go to an official 4 year college/university right after I graduate from High School)

Viewing all of the extracurricular activities and Ap's/honor's that people have in this website and seeing how other people say "no, you don't have a chance at all", "You wont get in, your extracurriculars are weak" and blah blah blah with their stats which are good makes me feel extremely depressed. If I don't get accepted at A&M(I know that A&M is conservative and that would be very sad for me.

Feel free to give me any advice/info/etc, anything that could be beneficial to know.

Sorry if I have bored anyone in here. I'm really sorry.

Thank you very much in advanced for your help.
