Chances for HKUST.

Hello, I am a CBSE student currently in class 12. (PCM)
10th - 10 CGPA
12th-Expecting 90% and above. (According to my teachers that is.)
Will write SAT in November, should get around 2000 after prep because the first time I got 1800 without prep.
Also writing Physics SAT in December. Should get 800 easily since I'm preparing for JEE and the SAT level is much lower.
Will probably apply for Electrical Engineering/CS/Physics

What are my chances for a conditional offer? Also, I know that writing TOEFL and IELTS isn't necessary but will writing them improve my chances of getting in?
On the website, one of the options to fullfill the English Language requirements is to get 8 or above on the SAT essay. I've got a 10 from the previous attempt, so I know that satisfy the requirements. But however will writing TOEFL/IELTS improve my chances? Also, my English teacher has predicted a 95/100 score in the Board Exam.

Please chance me for HKUST. And I know that HKU/NTU/NUS(impossible) are far fetched but do tell me if I stand a chance.

Good chances for HKUST  90 is low for NUS and NTU.

HKUST has become extremely competitive recently. A lot of students at HKUST come with 95-98% in CBSE board exams so make sure you include some decent co-curriculars as well to make your application stand out. TOEFL or IELTS benefits you since you can waive off 2 compulsory English courses in your first year, which are basically useless for Indian students as they already have a good command over the language. HKUST gives Conditional offers + Offers are also sometimes given after board results. I encourage you to apply early to get a conditional offer. NTU/NUS are very very competitive, reserved only for school topper/Delh/India toppers in excess of 98%. I did summer school at NTU this year, and all the Indian students I met had scored in excess of 97%. Give your SAT Subject Tests and try to score well in them, as they can back your application even more, competition to get in is intense.
