What are my chances? honors college?

I’m currently in the honors program and it’s really not that hard to get in. It’s less of a stats approach and more of a feeling that the honors heads get that you’re here to do work, you’re a good fit for the program, and the program is a good fit for you. It seems as if you have the stats to back up that criteria, but they do things like ask for a writing sample (or they did two years ago when I applied) that gives you a chance to show that you’re more than just numbers. Unlike a lot of admissions processes, they actually care about the individuals and take everything into account. It’s a lot less random. I applied about a month late to Honors (I thought I was going to UMD but they Spring’d me) but I got in no problem after emailing the head of the program. It’s a great thing to be apart of, everyone knows everyone else and it’s like an oasis of intelligence on campus. I highly recommend it. If you’re serious about honors just email the head guy, request some information, let him know who you are, but honestly you should be fine.
