ECs:

2 years community service at public library

1 year German club

3 years National Honor Society

2 years debate team (made it to State tournament in three divisions)

I'm aware that my ECs are rather bare-bones.

I think you are good for honors.

As long as your essay for honors is good you’re probably in no problem.

Make sure your essays are good and your extra curricular descriptions answer the questions properly (what is this, what was your role aka leadership, what did you get from this, what have you contributed) and you’re golden.

UW doesn’t care about SAT II’s.

I don’t know if you have looked around this section of the forum, but it’s more than obvious that you’re in with that GPA and course load.

uh…2400 SAT = into honors, why even bother with UW though, I would look at Ivy leagues, do you know how few people actually get 2400?

Yeah, very few people get a perfect score. I know two of them personally. :D

If you’re planning on graduate school, no one will care if you’re in the honors program. They’d care about departmental honors, and an honors curriculum can even prevent you from taking as many classes as possible in your field of study.
