i'd say your GPA is a tad on the lower side, as with your SAT, but write some sweet essays and you should be a good candidate...i'd retake the SAT also, and take both math SAT IIs again (i know its a lot, but trust me, it took me till try 3 to get a 1380, and i actually did 40 points better on Math II than Math I, simply because the material was more recent, not neccesarily easier..plus, SATs suck, we all know that, even admissions...multiple tries shows that atleast you're putting in the effort...)
however, since you're slightly borderline, which school you apply to might help..
college - slight reach...more girls apply/attend than boys, so being a girl doesnt really help, but you're still 25-75% percentile
engineering - you're a girl, that adds on .2 to your GPA (its a joke, please don't yell about that statement)...but since less girls apply/are admitted, they'll take that into more consideration...but again, retake math SAT IIs, or make sure you have a high math SAT score
nursing - not sure...being a girl, again, wont help...my guess is, by looking at your classes, you're not interested
business, other majors are done through the college im pretty sure, so thats it

And be sure to put your best foot forward with your essays.

It looks as though you do quite a lot of mentoring. Try to highlight that. Your recommenders can help by emphasizing your leadership and consistent efforts in this area, too.

Very low chance. Sorry.
