Chances for International Relations/Cultural Anthropology/English?

<p>Hi CCers <3 I'm a high school senior from Vietnam, currently in one of the top high schools - Foreign Languages Specialized School, with a major in English and second foreign language French. Here are my stats:</p>

<li>GPA (on a 10 scale): 8.2, with Math, Chemistry and Physics rather weak. My strong points are English, French, ICT and Literature.</li>
<li>2060 SAT (660 CR, 690 Math, 710 Writing)</li>
<li>105 TOEFL iBT</li>
<li>780 SAT II Literature, 650 SAT II US History (justifiable since our curriculum gave us 90 mins in total for the entirety of American history)</li>
<li>Third prize in Vietnamese National English Competition for Gifted Students, will be competing again next year</li>
<li>Worked at Nhan Chinh school for the hearing and speech impaired</li>
<li>Delivered meals to patients at Hanoi's St. Paul Hospital as part of A Meal A Smile</li>
<li>Volunteered in Youth Day 2012 (an event to encourage blood donation)</li>
<li>Orientation Group Leader in Ten Plus 2011 (our high school's orientation program for freshmen)</li>
<li>Co-founder of BAbroad! (study abroad guidance program for students of class B of FLSS)</li>
<li>Play the piano at an intermediate level</li>
<li>Photography</li>
<li>Embroidery</li>
<li>Designs free book covers</li>

<p>merit-based aid totally depends on the school. i’d suggest that you look into each individual school’s policies on that. it’s really cool that you’ve been involved in so many activities though! best of luck.</p>
