<p>I am a rising senior at Loyola New Orleans. I have a 3.9 GPA, stellar recommendations, am a dual citizen (French/American), and have reasonably strong ECs. However, I received an 1170 on the GRE (600 Verbal, 570 Math, 5.5 on essay).<br>
I am interested in studying IR and African development. I am looking at American, GWU, the New School, and Syracuse.
Could you please let me know what you think about my chances for these programs or if perhaps I need to add/subtract to the list? Are there any safety schools that I could be applying to?
