Chances for IUB, University of Washington Seattle, Boston U? Will Chance Back

<p>Class Rank: Top 26% (I forgot my rank but I remember the percentage I calculated. I'm gonna try to push for top 25% this year as a senior)</p>

<p>SAT: 1830 (I'm going to have to retake it due to my 2nd score being a tad bit lower than this)</p>

<p>I say there all matches until bu. That might be a low reach. To be honest your gpa is kind of low and your SAT is very average for these schools maybe above average. Your ecs are solid.
I think you should probably take a little bit more of a risk. Try upping the risk a little bit and applying to northeastern, or possbi some ucs.

<p>Your ECs are great and it looks like you have an upward trend. </p>

<p>Try getting your SAT up since even though it’s not bad for those schools, a higher SAT can mean better scholarship opportunities.</p>

<p>I would recommend looking into Indiana University–I have a friend there who loves their Chinese department. If you’re into International Relations, maybe some schools in DC or NYC? (The UN is in NYC).</p>

<p>You’re taking a pretty heavy course load this year, but if you do well that’ll look great. Focus on the essay, since I think your experience with languages could lead to a pretty good one that makes you stand out. Good luck!!</p>
