Everything on here is a high reach. These are all the most selective private schools in the country and if you are OOS for Berkeley, it is a high reach too. I know a student who applied to every ivy, Stanford, MIT, and Caltech and got rejected from every one of them with a 4.0 and a 2390 on the SAT.

Everything except Berkeley and Cornell is a reach.

Why is that, just for reference?

Just look at acceptance rates.

Cornell is still a high reach and if you don’t live in Cali, so is Berkeley

Don’t live in California, live in Ithaca, NY.

just having a question irrelevant to your problem
whats your motive for learning Chinese?

I think you have a pretty good shot, but in my opinion, the fact that there are a lot of 4s and even some 3s may indicate that you’re mistaking quantity over quality. For example, people who take medium difficulty course loads still challenge themselves while being able to extensively study each subject. But if you take 7 APS, you may know it decently well, but Jim bob over here took 5 and got all 5s, and he knows them all extremely well. Just keep that in mind as you enroll in classes for senior year.

I was a finalist in the Intel ISEF Science Fair. It was in California, I live in New York. They are very far away. The Science Fair took place in May. AP Tests occur in May. I was at the science fair for 2.5 weeks. All the AP Tests took place during those weeks. I got back on Saturday, I had Sunday to devote nothing else to but to study. I took 4 AP Tests on Monday, and 3 on Tuesday. That is very challenging. Have you ever taken 4 APs in one day, its not fun. I don’t know if I can retake the tests again, but if I could I could virtually guarantee a 5 in every one.

I went to my current school in 8th Grade due to scholarship, Chinese seemed to be a interesting language so I bullied my way in

Anyone chance?

Anyone
