I will not be sending my SAT score, but instead take the ACT again in September. I am expecting either a 33 or 34 composite score.

Assuming my predicted scores are accurate, am I a viable candidate for the Ivy League? I realize my class rank isn’t competitive for top tier schools, but I did switch my foreign language at the start of high school (the first two years of any foreign language are not weighted). Also, for 9th grade, I was forced by my counselor out of most of my weighted classes because she somehow thought my stutter would hinder my academic abilities. Would my relatively low class rank disqualify me?
