Chances for Ivy leagues.... Upcoming Junior? Ways to improve?

I am only half way through high school, so of course this isn’t all I will do, but I would like to know if I am on the right track, and ways I can improve.
EC:

  • Mock trial, 2 years
  • Quiz team, 2 years
  • Mentor in math and science, just this past year
  • Chemistry club, 2 years
  • French club, 2 years
In addition, I have been teaching myself Spanish and German outside of school for 5 years now. I study for about 2 hours a day. I have gotten to a C1 level in both lanuages, and plan to take a fluency test in both before my senior year is up. This is not for school credit, but is just a hobby of mine.
My UW GPA is 3.93, with all of my classes thus far being Pre-AP or AP, and I am ranked 4th in my class of almost 200, at a larger private high school in up state Ohio. I am taking 6 AP Classes this year ( Computer Sci, Chemistry, Physics 1, Stats, US history and Lit.) and 7 more my senior year ( MEM, French, Goverment, English, Bio, and 2 others which slip my mind at the moment).
Other notes: I am a fairly decent writer and have one several awards for that. My EC are a bit lacking, because my mother passed away in the middle of my freshman year. I would love to study physics, hopefully at an ivy league school. Thank you very much for any suggestions/ chances

Also. I am working at a biomedical lab this summer
