Would appreciate any help, thanks.

TEST SCORES

SAT: 2310 standalone (760 CR, 780 M, 770 W)
SAT II: 800 Math II & Physics, 790 Chem, 750 Math I & 740 Bio M
ACT: 34 composite - 36 M, 35 S, 34 R, 34 E (it rounded down for some reason, should've been a 35)

GPA: 3.98 UnW, 4.74 W
11 APs, several honors classes
No school ranking, but definitely 1-3/350
Skipped a grade, I am a year younger than my peers
2 years accelerated in math since 6th grade, 1 year accelerated in English since 7th grade
- School directly acknowledged me as the inspiration for a new math program they started in the middle and high school that allows students to 'pair up' math courses and advance themselves (take your grade's math and grade above), along with streamlined transportation between middle and high school for advanced classes

Much appreciated, everyone!

Not to sound needy, but out of interest I would like to see what others think of my profile.

I’d let you in to any of the IVYs but lots of my D’s friends had similar Resume and didn’t get in to any IVYs. Make sure you write great essays. Start some kind of charity, even if not much $, the schools seem to eat that up. Relate it to one of your interests so it has continuity. Make sure you have safety schools. Many schools that aren’t IVYs are ranked higher that IVYs and may be better than and IVY school for what you are interested in. Some of the schools you mentioned are not in the IVY league (which is really a conference, not a definition of a top school). You have a good chance of getting in one or more of those schools in my opinion. Keep up the good work and I’m sure you’ll do fine. Stonybrook and Binghamtom are not quite the quality of some of the others. My brother went to Binghamton so I’m not putting it down but it aint Harvard.

You seem just as perfect as every other perfect person on here.

Thanks for the replies!
Yeah, I have 3 safe schools lined up: Stony, Bing and NYU.

Yeah, I’ve been looking into some more non-profit work. I forgot to mention that I also host Beyblade tournaments for younger kids in Central Park as part of a NGO, but while that is non-profit I’m looking for more opportunities. Either way, again, thank you for the reply.

Excellent! Harvard, Princeton, and Yale are reaches, but all the rest are high matches/matches because of such a strong profile. I’d definitely let you in to an Ivy! Just make sure that your essays are very strong and you’re good to go! I think you can definitely and especially get into Columbia, by the way.

Chance me back please!
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1521968-cant-pay-all-admission-fees-will-chance-back.html

Aside from the safeties I’d be really surprised if you didn’t get into Cornell, but don’t take that as a given. Nothing regarding the Ivies is a “given”.

For the rest, your strong test scores and GPA guarantee that at least your application will make the first cut (i.e. not thrown in the trash after the application fee has been collected). Your research and Nature publication are the sorts of things that the Ivies look for but then again, it all depends on who else is applying and what amazing honors and awards and ECs the other hopefuls have under their collective belt. You’re definitely a contender, though.

I disagree with some of the posters. Though it’s impossible to say whether or not you’ll get in, your resume is IMPRESSIVE. Truly. You WILL get into at least some of the Ivys. I would suggest, your chances are highest if you ED at either Columbia, Brown, Penn or Cornell - my advice: pick your favorite among these and ED there. I really think, no, I want to say KNOW that you’ll get in.
