Thank you!

bump please:)!

i think you have a shot. I'm guessing that your white? But then KY is under represented.
-Do you have alot of Literature ec to show your passion about it?

i have a lot of writing ECs, and I plan to focus both my essays around books and novels. :). anyone else? i would appreciate input!

Did you take SATs? Judging by what I gleaned from the EA acceptance thread, SATs play a relatively large role in admissions.

Just the ACT and SAT: IIs

bump?!? ACT replaces SAT...

can I bump this up again? What kind of chance do I have on a scale of 1-10? I just sent in my app yesterday!:)

bump please...please? for new years eve?

I also applied. I've got a 31 like you on the act, but I also took the SAT and did a bit better. I got deferred EA and so did the other top students in my school who applied. I'd say you've definately got a shot. Recs and essays will make or break you. Also, how will the mid year report look?

Good luck!

Straight A's in all AP classes, plus an extra college night class and an A in it for the midyear report.
I am sending 3 teacher recs and my counselor rec and they should all be good:)
I felt really good about my personal statement -- it was really creative -- and i let my passion shine through I hope in my other essay.

Good luck --- I am nervous/excited/anxious! I love Georgetown.

Looking really good!

I can't say whether or not you'll be accepted; however, the Valedictorian position (1st ranking) may help you in admissions, as there are a plethora at Georgetown.

On a scale of 1-10, what do you think my chances are? What do you think I can do to improve my chances?
