Chances for Later Applicants?

<p>OK, my son is a procrastinator. </p>

<p>If his stats are strong, (SAT - 1400/1600, GPA - 4.0, good amount of EC's) can he afford to apply late - say December or January - and still have the same chance of acceptance and/or merit aid?</p>
