I am a Junior and have taken the ACT once and only made a 20. I participated in BETA and Key Club in my first two years of high school, but due to some personal things didn't join any clubs this year. I have taken AP English every year of high school thus far and have always passed the class with an A or B. I'm not quite sure what my overall GPA for my entire high school career is, but it usually ranges anywhere from a 3.75 to a 3.30. I believe that my score will go up when I test again, but I'm a worrier, so assuming that it stays at a 20, do you believe that I could make it into LSU? Let's say I have a composite of 20 and an overall GPA or 3.45 for my high school years, do you think I could get in? I live in state. My brother had similar score and was accepted, but he was accepted into the Bridge Program, which just means that LSU would stick him at BRCC for a year and then he would transfer to LSU. Keep in mind though, he did apply to LSU's music school, which is supposedly historically tougher to get into (or so I've heard) than other departments. I want to major in Philosophy. Thanks in advance.

well???

LSU: Match

If you can pull that up to a 23… then it becomes a safety.

You must have a 3.0 GPA and 22 ACT in order to get into LSU. I can send you some ACT prep material, but you have to pull your ACT up.

thanks for the replies. anyone else?
