hey guys, i applied to usc, and was debating between econ and business. i ended up choosing marshall, so could you chance me please? how much more difficult is marshall?

here are my stats:

GPA: 3.85
APs: total of 9, rest honors
rank: n/a

essays: recycled, but i thought they were pretty good
ECs: average to above average, nothing special
Recs: they were pretty good.

Location: oos.
race: asian
gender: male

can you guys please chance me? thanks!

you’ve got a good chance. If your essays and ECs are above-average-ish, you should have no problem getting in.

also applying marshall myself…except my stats don’t look as promising. good luck and hope to see ya there next year ;)

i applied to marshall as well, but as a junior transfer. ur HS stats are above average and u r definitely in unless u completely screw up ur essay by saying how much u love UCLA

haha that is awesome to hear! are you guys sure my sat 2’s wont ruin my chances? and how competitive is marshall compared to other schools? i mean, wharton is leagues better than the other penn colleges. i have not heard anything like that about usc, but is marshall on a different, wether better or lower, position than the other schools?

If I remember correctly, Marshall is supposed to be one of the most competitive schools within USC.

it is THE most competitive along with annenberg. Ive applied USC myself good luck to all who applied hope we all get accepted. I’d say you’re in but not necessarily to marshall. they may accept you to the CAS.
