<p>hello, I'm a senior in high school and i'm getting ready to apply for colleges....
my choices are U of Maryland, Binghamton , UCONN, Northeastern, Seton hall(safety) and UMASS</p>

<p>GPA: thoughout highschool and 2 classes in 8th grade, my unweighed gpa has been around 3.7 to 3.8 (92.5)
and my weighted has been about 95</p>

<p>freshman year: 91 Unweighted - One honors
Sopomore year: 94.5 unweighted - 2 honors, 1 AP
Junior: 94 unweighted - 2 honors, 2 Aps
Senior taking 2 aps </p>

<p>Scores -
AP score - 3 on bio 3 on stats, 3 on chem</p>

<p>SatII - Bio-580 CHEM -620 MathII -650</p>

<p>Sat/ACT
ACT in June - 27 composite ( 21eng, 34m, 22r, 32s) 8 on essay
ACT in September - 29 composite (25 eng, 33m, 30r, 28s) 8 on essay </p>

<p>ACT superscore 30 composite (25eng, 34m, 30r, 32s)
SAT superscore is 1730 (700m, 540cr, 490w)</p>

<p>Planning on only sending ACT scores except for scores that take both, all these schools superscore.</p>

<p>National honor society and math honor society
2time athletic scholar
some awards for the school volleyball team </p>

<p>Extra activities
2 years golf- one varsity
3 years baseball - one varsity
3 volleyball one varsity (so far)
volunteer at the local shelter 200 hours
tutoring people for sat math and algebra 2/trig
Volunteered as coach at school baseball camp (30 hours)
school newspaper -3 years
math team - 2 year</p>

I have alumni at Maryland and Northeastern and i am a new york resident.
As of now, Maryland is my number one school
I chance back, but i dont know that much about some schools but ill try!

<p>I’d like to say you match all of them. UMass (assuming Amherst) would be a low match for you, although OOS might make it just a bit harder than a safety. Do EA for UMA and NEU if need be! Good luck!</p>

<p>You match the colleges really well, and I think you’d probably get into UMD and the other colleges on your list. Compelling essays though, of course, would boost your chances, so I hope you wrote some wonderful essays :)</p>
