Chances for me at Boston College?

female, white. catholic (if it matters at all)

class rank 2. GPA- 4.51 (weighted, not sure what it is unweighted but somewhere around 4.0 I believe). I've played varsity tennis for all 4 years and am a captain. I am involved in several clubs in my school and hold leadership positions. I'm also very active in the community and have plenty of hours for community service. Besides BC, I applied at Brown (early decision, got deferred to regular decision), UMass Boston (safety school), Curry college (safety school), Emmanuel College, Dartmouth College, and Tufts (got rejected...not sure why). SAT - 2100. Sat subject tests were kind of average (650 in lit and 600 in bio, surprised I did that well in bio because i was only one quarter through ap bio when I took it). Luckily I don't think that the subject tests are hugely important, considering you can take whatever ones as I didn't do horribly.

I am a prospective biology major, i've taken a ton of science classes as well as 6 ap classes (the most my school allows)

What do you guys think? I feel like my supplement essay was pretty well written and I would be glad to have someone check it out if he/she wanted to contact me by email

Thank you for the opinions!

Tufts is extremely erratic, and is the namesake for Tufts Syndrome, which is an alleged phenemenon in which schools reject overqualified applicants because they reduce yield.

Boston College - match
Brown - reach
UMass Boston (safety school), Curry college (safety school),
Emmanuel College - low match
Dartmouth College - low reach
Tufts - was going to say high match, but that doesn’t mean you wont get into higher ranked schools

Tufts takes in account demonstrated interest; most of the tufted students lacked demonstrated interest. If you think Tufts has no logic, try UF and you’ll see what “no admissions logic” means.

BC: Match
Brown: Reach
Dartmouth: Reach
UMass Boston: Safety
Curry: Safety
Emmanuel: Low match
