Chances for Merit Scholarships at University of Michigan, Purdue University, University of Illinois?

Hey guys, I am a Junior and I just got my SAT scores back and I was starting to wonder if I have any chance at getting any merit based scholarship. If you could tell me my chances of getting certain scholarships at the University of Michigan, Purdue University, or the University Illinois that would be great. It would also be greatly appreciated if you could post the name, amount, and any other information about the certain scholarships as I am not entirely sure what scholarships are offered. My stats are below.

SAT: 2230
730 CR
750 M
750 W
(This was my first time taking it and I plan on taking again, but for the purpose of this post assume that I won't increase my score)

ACT: Planning on taking it soon (What score should I be aiming for?)

GPA: 4.0 UW

Courses: Probably the most rigorous schedule I could take. Taking Inorganic Chemistry 115 and 116 as well as CEP US History (Both Dual Credits through Purdue) this year. Taking AP Calc, ACP Seech, CEP Comp, ACP Government, AP Economics, and CEP Spanish III next year.

ECs: (Assuming some things for next year)
Tennis: 4 Year Varsity Letterman
2 Year Captain
All-State Honorable Mention Junior Year
MVP and Mental Attitude Junior Year
Managed Girls Tennis Junior Year
Key Club Secretary
National Honor Society
Many Leadership conferences
Running my own eBay business of reselling garage sale items for all 4 years of high school
Numerous Volunteer Hours (Running a Children's Tennis Camp, Helping Coach Softball, Things through Key Club and NHS)

Okay guys so what do you think? Thanks in advance for all of your help.
