Like the title says I'm really only open to Midwest schools. Thus far the schools on my list are (but I know I need around 8-10 to feel comfortable with both safety and reaches):
1.Northwestern
2.University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
3.University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign
4.University of Wisconsin - Madison

The main thing aside the location, is a good Chemistry department that will lead me onto a Premed track. If you guys can 1. give me suggestions on which schools in the midwest I should apply to and 2. designate a score (100 % IN, PROBABLY IN, 50/50, DOUBTFUL, 100 % OUT) of getting in currently and after some things get changed such as test scores

For example (these are what I think as of now):
Northwestern - Currently: Doubtful ; Later: If test scores improve then 50/50 (ED or RD?)
Michigan - Currently: Doubtful ; Later: If test scores improve then 50/50 (ER)
Illinois - Currently: 50/50 ; Later: If test scores improve then Probably In (EA)
Wisconsin - Currently: 50/50 ; Later: If test scores improve then Probably In (EA)

Thanks for all of the feedback.
