MIT, Harvard, Caltech are always reach.

UCB and UCLA are reach if engineering or you need a rare large merit scholarship (otherwise no FA for out of state). Probably high match for L&S divisions if you can afford with no FA or are in state and can afford with in state FA.

Unless you are going to state schools for financial reasons if you don’t get into the other schools you mention, I would apply to some other top 30 schools. Your record is strong, but it is hard to get into those schools for anyone, and demographics do not favor you. You have good chances at the UC schools you mention whatever the major.
