Chances for most UCs + Others

Hi, thanks for taking the time to even read this! I'm a senior in high school and I'm pretty desperate for advice right now.
Colleges I'm considering:
UCLA
UCSD
UC Berkeley
UC Santa Cruz
UC Davis
UC Irvine
NYU
Johns Hopkins

-GPA Unweighted: 3.75 (can probably raise to a 3.8 by end of first semester)
-GPA Weighted: 4.43
-SAT I: 720 CR, 750 M, 730 W, 2200 total(Looking to get 2250+ in October)
-SAT II: Taking Literature / US History / Biology subject tests in November
-Classes: Gov / Econ, AP Chemistry, AP Macroeconomics, AP Microeconomics, AP English Language, AP Calculus AB, AP Psychology, Computer Graphic Arts
-AP Tests: Euro-5, Lit-5, Bio-4, USH-5 so far
-ECs: 4-year job throughout high school in a coffee shop, ~150 volunteer hours including hospital work, Track & Field for 2-3 years
-Clubs: CSF, Amnesty International, Investors' club, Unicef, Interact

Would appreciate chances for any of the colleges listed!

UCLA - low reach
UCSD - match
UC Berkeley - low reach
UC Santa Cruz - safety
UC Davis - match
UC Irvine - match
NYU - low reach
Johns Hopkins - reach

Johns Hopkins: reach

Thanks for the chancing!

I was just curious; does declaring a major affect my chances of getting into a college at all? I’m going to major in biology and the colleges above are extremely well-known for their science programs.
