Chances for MPA/ MPP?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>Am applying for MPA/ MPP. I have 5 years of relevant experience, having worked as a Consultant to governments of 3 countries and several bilateral/ multilateral organisations.</p>

<p>I'm giving the GRE this month and expect a 720 - 740 Q and 740 V.</p>

<p>Thing is, my graduation scores are poor (I got the equivalent of a 3 GPA), though my Masters (in Business Administration) scores are good.</p>

<p>With a good SOP and letters of recommendation, what are my chances of getting into the top MPA schools (e.g. Columbia, Kennedy School in Harvard)?</p>

<p>Rajul - Sorry, I know its been a year since you started this thread, but did you manage to get admits into any of the schools you mention above? I am from a similar background, but mostly corporate work ex. Your inputs would be much appreciated.</p>
