Chances for MS CS program

I’m a Year 2 student at a good university in Singapore. What are my options to study MS CS with my current profile.

Cumulative GPA : 2.9/4 (2.5 more years to go)
Major: Information Systems
Second Major: Analytics
Extra-curriculars: Cybersecurity Society Executive Committee, Student Council, TEDx Organiser
Internship: One consulting project so far
Side -project : Ongoing - A project team matching app.

Please suggest universities where I have a

I would be very happy if you could suggest any ways to improve my application in the upcoming 2 years.

The most important thing for graduate school admission is to have research experience with a professor. Three reasons this is so important is that it demonstrates you know what research is all about, the professor will know you well enough to write a very personal recommendation letter, and you will be able to write a much more informed statement of purpose (if that is required for MS admission). You may even have a publication to report on the grad application.

Improving your GPA would also be very helpful although I realize the grading philosophy in other countries can be very different than the US so I am not sure how a 2.9/4.0 compares to your peers in Singapore.
