UMich would be a reach due to weak GPA and test score. The admission average uwGPA is 3.85 and the ACT mid 50 was 30-34 last year.

See how you do on the June ACT. Are you a Michigan resident? By your list, do you plan to major in engineering? If so you will need to improve the math sub score pretty substantially to improve your admission chances. If you meet your projected GPA you should be fine too.
